- Sivakumar is a Chartered Accountant and has successfully pursued his MBA.
- He is also a registered valuer for asset class Securities & Financial Assets and is enrolled with IBBI.
- He was employed for more than 3 years in the International Tax and Regulatory Services function of the Big Four accounting firm in India.
- During his career spanning over 7 years he has assisted industry leaders in transaction structuring, due diligence, tax and regulatory compliance, corporate structuring with specific focus on international holding company formation and deal advisory.
- He was an integral part of the teams that conducted the due diligence assignments for prominent players in the Jewellery, personal care, IT and automotive space with combined deal values in excess of $ 1.5 Billion.
- His specific experience is with respect to advising clients on the regulatory and tax implication arising out of international holding structures.
- Currently is actively involved in conducting boot camps and training sessions focusing on recent changes in regulatory environment for stake holders from various sectors such as Banking, Automobile Dealerships, Software Technology and Logistics.
- Lately he is actively undertaking valuation assignment for various entities and also in connection with the corporate insolvency resolution process before the NCLT.
